Ignite Your Burn is a non-choreography program and is conducted together with specially curated DJ music mixes to give all who attend the class/session an exciting, energizing, and empowering workout!

It was first introduced to the fitness industry during Asia Fitness Conference 2019.

Ignite Your Burn is created by Jonathan Goh.

Jonathan’s Bio
Winner of the Asia Fitness Idol 2018, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, BodyPump Instructor and Master Trainer for MASHUP® Conditioning and Co-Founder of IGNITE YOUR BURN.

As a FitPro with a big commercial gym in Singapore, he was nominated twice for “PT of The Year” in 2018 and in 2019; created a group fitness program named “Suspension Circuit” which quickly became very popular among its members. Being a hybrid/progressive trainer, he found his niche in movement and flow training using functional equipment like ViPR / Kettlebells; martial arts (Muay Thai and TaiChi) which include strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training in every workout.

His philosophy – Use movement to improve Resiliency, Longevity, and Sustainability by training the human body according to its intended design.

To be his personal best as a personal/group fitness trainer, he has attended many fitness conferences and fitness courses, locally, abroad, and online, to learn from the best in their field to remain on the top of his games.

He is also a regular presenter in various local and international fitness conferences, such as;

Shawn Quck, Specialist Dip (Nutrition and Exercise Science), CPT (ACE), GFI (NAFC)

Shawn’s Bio
Shawn got into the fitness industry by accident in 2015 when he was in the midst of a career
change. He was certified by ACE as a personal trainer when he first started. He is always on
the lookout for new knowledge to train his clients in a safe and effective manner that is
evidence-based, leading him to pursue a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition and Exercise Science.
He further became a NAFC certified group fitness instructor and specializes in HIIT for
group fitness training.
He has also been awarded T30 Fitness Training Ambassador, Elite Trainer for Mashup
Conditioning, and Master HIIT Specialist of Thrive International Fitness Academy. As Master
Trainer for NAFC Group Fitness Instructor Certification and Maximum Wellness Aerobic and
Fitness Leader course, he takes a high interest in educating and nurturing new instructors.
His philosophy in training is Move Safe, Move Fun.
