IYB is a fusion of 4 science and researched-based fitness protocols into a single workout :

IYB carefully weaves strength training, HIIT, movement prep and mobility movements for recovery that let you burn maximum calories (up to 660 calories in 45mins), improves cardiovascular health and stamina, build lean and tone muscles, and most importantly it is at a personalized intensity!

It allow coaches to conduct the class with ANY or NO equipment, Indoor or Outdoor and even in the pool!
